MTX Road Thunder Dual 10” Ported Subwoofer Box Old School Car Audio

MTX Road Thunder Dual 10” Ported Subwoofer Box. Both subs are in fantastic condition, especially considering their age. I believe this box was offered by MTX in the mid to late 1980’s. The subs are in nearly perfect condition and there is zero cracking in the foam surrounds on both subs. They also both hold a perfectly stable resistance reading of exactly 4.0 ohms each. The horn tweeters are wired in with the subs at the terminal connections, which is probably why the resistance reading shown in my photos is 7.1 ohms. The subs themselves though both test out at 4.0 ohms. The box measures 35” wide, 13” tall, 14” at the base, and 5” across the top edge. It also has two 3” ports. Old School American Made Car Audio.
